  • I have to get my ATV serviced here becuase it is a Kawasaki. Every time I call to see if they have an opening they always say just bring it up and drop it off. They have a huge parking lot and service department. The service department is around back. I walked in and was greated with a friendly face. He took all my notes on things I wanted done to my ATV and provided some explanation on alternatives etc. I needed a new skid plate so he sent me to parts to have that ordered. This is one reason I gave them 3 stars. I believe that they should be able to assist in ordering parts in the service department. They also order their parts from a magazine which means you could probably get the same price anywhere. I explained to them that they had 2 weeks to get the work done. I called them after 10 days and they said it would be finished the next day. I do beleive that they prioritize their work based on when you need it back. I also gave them 3 stars because they don't have a large area for purchasing ATV clothing and other accessories. They are more focused on motorcycles than ATVs. I will continue to have my ATV serviced here and purchase parts for my bike. If you are looking for a place to have good work done in a timely manner this is your place. If you are looking to purchase clothing, helmets, boots, etc I would try somewhere else.
