  • With all the Scottsdale competition, it would be best to take your business elsewhere. Lack of patient care and guidance for best options. More than willing to sell you more than desired, especially strong in marketing new facial enhancements...even giving away $$ to entice. However, when you walk in at 9:30 a.m. and find the receptionist eating a breakfast of Roman noodles while working the desk there is immediate disgust. Moved forward with initial consultation in which they were more than willing to sign me up and take $$. Physician repeatedly asked if she had taken any photos (good to know patients are remembered), and then when forms to be completed by another physician the wrong forms were provided and a strong scolding to patient. Come to find out and confirmed by 2nd opinion, there was no need for surgery.
