The wait was an hour. The expectation is to check-in 30 minutes before the appointment time-which is not clearly communicated to patients and is an unnecessary waste of patient time given that the paper work only takes 5-10 minutes. After the wait, my time with Doctor Kalya was short and rushed. I had a list of questions to ask in preparation of this appointment that I couldn't even get to. On my way out, the staff mentioned that patients come from very far to see the doctors because they are that good. Given my experience, I can't tell how good they are-only that the patients are very much treated like customers in a drive-thru of a fast food restaurant. Hopefully, after my tests results are in, the second appointment experience will be better.
