The lady that works at the front desk is extremely rude and lacking of compassion. While I was explaining the situation about our dog she was just snapping back. She clearly had an attitude.. When I went to the back my sister let me know about how she was rolling her eyes and making facial expressions, in regards to the conversation we had just had. If you don't know how to properly communicate with people that are obviously emotional over their pets then maybe you should get into another line of business. You should definitely watch and check your tone in the work place. It's called professionalism.
On a better note, the back staff seemed much more welcoming.
