  • Bought a groupon deal for 4 hrs 2maids for my 1600sq ft house. Scheduling was awful, booked super far out, rescheduled once and then when they called to confirm, was told 2 hours later than what was scheduled.... They showed up 2.5 hrs after scheduled time. Yes, in the email it said that they would arrive any time in the 4 hr window... I don't like this practice. Everything was picked up to make their cleaning easier. Overall i am pleased with the work. They also left about 15 minutes early. They washed a few dishes, but i don't know what they were washed with! They are absolutely disgusting! (Wasn't expecting this service, just annoyed the wasted their time doing this badly) Also disappointed in the mopping. Never changed the water and floors are a bit grimy. My master bathroom looks good and was prob the thing that took the longest. It really needed the cleaning. She also moved my shoes and vacuumed under my dresser where i keep them. Cleaned out my fridge and wiped down doors and light switches. All in all ok service, not great and for me to budget for such a luxury, it needs to be stellar!
