  • Great experience here today. Booked couples massages for hubby and I. We completed our forms on touchscreen computers in the lobby and were given papers with our itinerary for the day. The receptionist walked us to the elevator and showed us what floor to go to. We were greeted on the 2nd floor and shown where the change rooms are. The attendant walked me in, got me a robe and some flip flops. Hubby was just told where to get his - I guess the female attendant can't go in the men's room. One thing I really appreciated as a curvy girl was automatically being given a robe that was roomy for me - without even having to ask! Nice to have a robe that I didn't worry was gaping open all day. We went up to the 4th floor for our massages and were offered tea or water while we waited. Our therapists came out in time, were professional and the massages were good. We had paid the $10 extra for a couple suite - not sure it was worth it as the fireplace isn't on in summer, and we didn't have need of the private shower. But still very nice. We went and changed into our swimsuits and headed down to the water therapies. It was quiet and relaxing! While some reviewers have noted the pool area is dated, and they are correct, it is immaculate and in good repair. The salt water pool is the perfect temperature and there are lots of chairs and magazines. Overall, great experience, and I'll definitely be back another time with my girlfriends!
