  • I've been a customer of theirs for quite some time now. I have bi-monthly service with service every month in the summer (when bugs like to move into your house). My main concern was roaches and spiders. Although any roach I've seen in the house, I've always seen dead (which I can handle), SPIDERS freak me out!!!! Every now and again these little bastards would make their way upstairs, probably through a drain!!!! The house next door to me had been vacant for a few years and I believe I gained the honor of their critters! Robert is my technician and a very nice guy. He's a big guy, but a nice guy. Lol. He found where the roaches were hiding, in some water hole thing in the front yard, and bombed those suckers out. I've also had a random time when there were two little scorpions in my garage that my cousin kicked over, by accident. I called and he came over that day to take care of it! He also keys me know what to watch out for in the community (rodent wise). If there's an event that occurs in between visits, I just call the office and they send Robert out as soon as possible. One time they accidentally sent another guy and Robert at the same time. Oh well... Better safe than sorry!
