We loved (and had reviewed) the old location. The place was a Phoenix tradition. We were totally bummed to hear they were closing but then excited to hear they would take over the Mary Coyle/Appettitos building. I was glad to have some competition for Sylvia's. It us nice they got a regulation replica sign for the place because that is vintage stuff. They did a really nice job of making use of the space there and I think they might have added some dining space. I was disappointed that the agave margaritas are gone as are some of the other menu favorites. Thank goodness they still have the machaca chimichangas because they are AWESOME and always have been. I miss the kitsch of the old place in its 70's vibe but this is nice. However, the prices are a little higher.
