  • ..No stars, the worst they only care about the money not the customer. Here is my reason why a couple months ago I went in for a mani an pedi and also to have my eyebrows waxed well my eyebrows swelled up an were pussing. So she said she would pluck them next time. So long story a little short the next time I went in she offered to give me $10 off on my service that day. This was this pass Wednesday so I got the mani an a pedi with jel I asked for oval-shaped well I didn't get that they look awful like they are about to take flight off my hands. So I tell her about it she go's off on me an tells me about my eyebrow issue an says she don't need customers like me coming to her shop because they don't work for free. Awful customer service she wouldn't even look at my nails to see why I was unhappily she didn't care she sent me to the same guy he attempted to fix them but no good, she tried to make me feel like I had done something wrong by letting them know my issue with their services. They want you to pay an be happy no matter what.......don't go there wrong place if you want good customer service! I wish there Was a way to post pictures here. If someone knows a way please let me know.
