  • If service and support after the fact are the true measure of a successful retailer, Today's Pool and Patio fails miserably. I have had to chase missing nuts/bolts, chair leg pads and, as recently as last week, chair covers. I called to ask for help on identifying the correct chair covers for our specific patio set with a promise that they would get back to me with the info and pricing...I would still be waiting if I didn't place another call...no surprise...they sold me the wrong ones that I had to return to the store. Do yourself a favor, shop elsewhere.
