Right after I posted this review, Jacqueline (I hope I spelled that right) called us and offered an upgraded chair rental for 50% off. While I wish this would've happened while my husband was still there, I do appreciate her trying to make it right. The other location is also holding our original rental, just in case we don't like the upgraded chairs. Decent customer service was all we were asking for.
original review- We reserved a table and chairs a week in advance for Easter. My husband went to pick them up this morning, and they had given our chairs away to a church that had come in earlier. Then they basically told us sorry and good luck. My husband had to ask them if they could contact other locations to see if they had the chairs.
Thank goodness another location does, but that's a two hours out of our busy day that we have to spend making up for their mistake. No one offered to make good and bring the chairs to us, or to the location close to our home so we wouldn't have to worry. The customer service here is horrible. No one is on the same page and they certainly don't give a shit as long as they are making the money somehow. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.
