  • It sure is something to see all those NASCAR team planes landing here. This airport doesn't do much (any?) regular passenger traffic. That is handled by Charlotte-Douglas, just down the road. But they do a lot of commercial and private work, especially when the races are happening. That's this week, and the place is just bustling. They may not be used to such a hectic pace, but somehow it all gets done.
