Being new to this area, I chose this practice based on the (then) halfway decent internet reviews and the fact that they were in my insurance network. I was suffering from chronic itching, which developed after I moved to the desert and was looking for a diagnosis and relief. I received a 'guesstimate' diagnosis of Grovers Disease and I went through prescriptions of three different creams (in the same amount of office visits) without any relief. I only saw a doctor on the third visit (the other visits were a PA) when nothing was working - and that didn't help in the end either. In the meantime, I did have a general exam (again the PA, not a doctor) that wound up with three sunspots being removed, although they identified six more that were 'borderline' - which I chose to leave alone. The practice reminds me of a 'mill', complete with tacky spinners advertising on Scottsdale Road, and they seem more focused on the 'quick money' aspects of their business, such as sending samples to the lab and aesthetic injections (Botox, etc.). The wait time in the office is unbearably long - most of it spent sitting alone in the treatment room - and the medical assistants are neither experienced/confident nor personable. Even though I put my faith in these practitioners, they never were able to successfully treat the original issue I sought help for.
