By far my favorite ramen in Las Vegas and the new Tonkotsu/Shoyu broth is the best. Before that I would alternate and couldn't settle on one, but now it's perfect.
The gyoza and chahan are great side dishes. Service has always been good, and unlike a lot of other Japanese restaurants the staff is actually Japanese.
The only downside is the restaurant (like all ramen joints) is small so there is usually a wait.
