I made an appointment on Thursday, February 15 with Hugh (owner) for SNS and a pedicure. I showed up at the scheduled time and they were closed for the day due to the Chinese New Year. I was very frustrated that there was no courtesy call letting me know they scheduled me in error. I did message Hugh and he apologized stating that he scheduled me for the following Thursday. While I understand mistakes happen, my daughter's wedding was last weekend so I needed to get my nails done. Being a business owner and keeping a organized schedule of your clients is a must! After doing some further research I realized that they are not doing the SNS nails as they should be. They should be including a manicure, as well as letting them dry naturally and not under the ultraviolet lights. Neither has happened at this place! While I try very hard to support small business owners, realizing I am paying for a service and not getting everything that should be included is a huge disappointment and I can no longer continue to be a client!
