  • Be very careful if you order custom shutters or blinds. My experience was extremely disappointing. The pricing is very sketchy. Get everything in writing up-front. I initiated my order when there was a 50% off sale. After they came out to measure my windows I went back to finalize the sale, only to find my receipt did not reflect the 50% off. I was then told the sale didn't apply to custom orders. I ended up cancelling the order and getting a refund. Not only did JCP lose this sale, but they lost the sale of blinds for 3 more rooms in my house.
