So last night, I decided to have some ice cream I noticed it was 30 minutes till closing time and there were two girls that were working well unfortunately there was a line coming along and I noticed the people in front of me the two ladies that work there were helping the same customers instead of having one co-worker working with 1 customers and the other one working with the next customers the two girls that work there were helping the same customer but a different person instead of having one of them helped the group and the other co-worker helped the next group and just because they were more concerned on the people that in front of me we've been waiting for like 8 minutes to get our ice cream and I noticed 2 older couple they left because it was taking too long I really don't think two coworkers should work with 1 customers at the same time I understand it's a mom dad and a daughter but one co-workers should work with them and then next co workers should work with a different customer. If I didn't want ice cream so bad I'm pretty sure I would have left too because the line was too long to wait I'm pretty sure that you need to speak with your co-workers and let them know that they need to focus on the next customer not a team work of helping the same customers also too I ask for Oreos in my vanilla ice cream and she didn't even mix it up that well one side was more Oreos than the other side as well and I noticed that once they put it on the black counter that supposedly keeps it cold it started melting as well so when I got my ice cream it was already melted. I would definitely would want to come back if they get this situated correctly or those girls aren't working I understand the team work but the line could have gone faster if one co-worker focus on one group of customers.
