  • Luis was AMAZING towards my boyfriend and I. He was very personable and patient with us. I came in right after a bad experience with Bell Honda. After learning about the experience, he made sure that we would have the best experience at Camelback VW. We told him we most likely were not going to leave that day with the car I wanted; we just wanted to look at numbers and see if we could get the deal we wanted. Poor Luis was going back and forth because of us, but he managed to push for the EXACT AND PERFECT deal. We knew we couldn't pass that up! Of course the actual buying process was long and dreadful, but he made conversation the whole time and made it such a wonderful experience. I got to go home with a 2019 VW Jetta R-Line, the exact car I wanted without breaking my bank!
