  • If you want a really clean home and your carpets to look their best, you should without question use Brimley's White Glove Chem-Dry. I didn't know who to choose to have my carpets cleaned. The last time I had them done, it was by another company (I won't say the name here, but it starts with a Zero and ends with a Res,) and was deeply disappointed. Their process was superficial and ineffective, plus they tried to pull a bait and switch on me when they arrived that would have doubled their initial quote. They did a terrible job and my carpets looked just the same, if not worse. Total waste of money. So I read through Yelp reviews of cleaners in my area and came across Brimley's. Due to all the positive reviews, I decided to give them a chance. Not only did I choose wisely, they have made me a customer for life. The receptionist was friendly, patient and helpful in reviewing my goals, explaining their prices (which are very fair,) and setting up the appointment. On the appointed day, the technician, Dave, gave me a courtesy call in advance to let me know he was on his way and arrived early in the time frame that was agreed upon. He could not have been a nicer guy, very personable, polite, and also very good at his job. He did a walk through with me to understand all my concerns, explain my options and give me the final price, which was spot-on what was quoted me over the phone and he added a Yelp discount. High-traffic areas were thoroughly pre-treated and the machine they use does a spectacular deep-cleaning job. I could instantly see the difference as he worked across the floor. Everything about the process from start to finish thoroughly reassured me that I was getting the best service possible. I've taken good care of my carpeting, but it is 16 years old and has seen better days. I have been mulling getting new ones installed but can't afford it at this time. But Brimley's has vastly exceeded my expectations and breathed such new life into the carpeting that I will now be able to wait another couple of years. More importantly, my carpets could not feel cleaner and it is such a relief. I could not be more satisfied. Do not hesitate to hire Brimley's White Glove Chem-Dry for your carpet cleaning needs.
