  • I ordered two iced coffee's the other day. Unfortunately, the product that I ordered did not live up to par compared to what I order at Tim Hortons. I ordered two iced lattes and I got two drinks with 90% ice and 10% coffee which tasted great. This rating is strictly on the product and not the people working, the people working were very friendly and displayed great customer service. The quality of coffee was there but the quantity compared to the ice levels in the drink was not there. I would come back again to try other drinks maybe I chose an option that wasn't the greatest as I said earlier that individuals working did nothing wrong.
