| - I love this place! While travelling from my Airbnb to somewhere else in the city, I passed by this place later at night and was instantly attracted to the cute decor. A Toronto Yelper (thank you Soleil!) also recommended Roselle to me, which added to the signs that were pointing here. Luckily before I flew out, my friends and I got to stop by on a Sunday afternoon to split an incredible earl grey soft serve.
I'm literally obsessed with the entire aesthetic of this place and I could go on for ages! But for the sake of everyone's sanity, let me just get into what we snacked on.
Our snacks:
-Earl Grey Soft Serve: this is only $5 but for an additional $0.50, you can take it to the next level with a small earl grey shortbread cookie, white chocolate pearls, and a lemon filling. Long story short, the upgrade is super worth it and the soft serve was amazing.
-Latte Tart: the art on this tart is gorgeous! The powdered sugar looks just like latte art. The exterior is reminiscent of caramel with a creamy interior. The crust of the tart is light but substantial--not too thick, which is often the issue with tarts. Yum!
Black Sesame Shortie: I love how shortbread cookies basically melt in your mouth. This met all of my expectations and more!
The staff here were SO sweet and their treats were even sweeter. So excited to come back and snap pics, grab snacks, and just appreciate the entire store's aesthetic.
