  • Out of the 9 tile stores I shopped to find tile for my kitchen backsplash (yes, you read that right, 9), this was by far the most helpful. In the end they still couldn't find what I was looking for, but the salesman spent over an hour on the phone trying to find it, and actually did find someone who said they had it and set it up for them to ship it to me...only to find out later they had made a mistake. I seriously appreciate the effort World of Tile took to find what I wanted, and put them at the top of my (very long) list of tile stores in the Valley for customer service.
