My wife and I had a fabulous meal here earlier in the year and never forgot it. We shared many small plates so we could both experience everything. This time we started with the green bean appetizers cooked to perfection with a touch of crispness and a delicious garlic aioli dip. The little won ton style tacos were excellent as we chose yellowtail over the beef. The Peruvian corn and thin slices of waygu beef and mushrooms with sauce were superb. We wanted to find one dish that really knocked us out last trip and the manager and our waiter took the time to help us out when we weren't quite sure what it was called. They even replaced a dish we ordered mistaking for our favorite. We shared the sake flight and loved it especially the Fukucho Forgotten Fortune which our waiter explained the special rice it was named for. Will be back our next trip for another culinary journey.
