rev:text	I have had multiple bad experiences with the staff in this office over past one year. I concur with the recent 1* reviews. This review is for the front office staff and the Nurse, who is the most inconsiderate ever. The nurse is the rudest of them all. The Nurse diagnosed me with something even she herself was not sure of and when I asked her why, she said I was arguing with her. She asked me to GO READ GOOGLE, if I don't agree with her. REALLY?? Even after I apologized multiple times feeling I could have made an argument that she didn't agree with or got her upset - She would not take that apology - saying you cant just argue and apologize. She wouldn't forgive you for you asking her to explain you something that you don't understand. The most Arrogant, Authoritative, Adamant Nurse - EVER. Probably she has never made any mistakes in her life?? It is my suspicion that she is not knowledgeable enough to diagnose properly. I would expect her to refer me to specialist, if she is not sure but she just walked out of the room and asked me to get out from the office. Not only that she discharged me when I said please refund my money if she can't diagnose me appropriately She lacks ability to empathize with her patients. She said to me why didn't I come see her office since August, to which I responded I didn't had any issues hence I didn't come. To which she responded very rudely We take care of your health, we are not Urgent Care. When I asked whether I could get refunded - she said I will be discharged from her office because I am asking for refund. She eventually discharged me from her office warning me that I have 30 days to get another Physician, She was clearly Power-tripping. Although looking back, now I think it was a Good Riddance!!
