  • If you need to take your Honda into Honda West for service ask for Carla. She gives great service and as long as you go to her there never seems to be any problems. The only reason I didn't give it four stars is because if you don't get Carla and you get someone else they sometimes leave you waiting there for a long time before they ask you what you need or maybe sometimes you don't get the best service but most of the time it's pretty good
