Very clean, very convenient- lots of availability for appointments. Huge variety. Not sure about pricing since it was my first time, I got half off a bikini line wax and it was $23- so $46 seems average for a bikini from what I've paid other places in the past.
I forgot the lady's name who waxed me, but she was very nice, very friendly, but I probably wouldn't use her or recommend her.
A few reasons why I give this a 2 star because (and maybe it's just me)
1. when I got there she came out and introduced herself (I'm terrible at listening) and then we both walked into a little room-She said okay take off your pants and underwear and get on the table. .. I was a little taken back- like okay right now? You're not gonna step out let me get comfy on the table with a towel over me--cover myself up a little?? Nope I just dropped pants and hopped on the table, bottom naked-- nothing to cover up with just hello heres my----self-- to wax. Very weird.every other place I have they give me time to undress and get on the table and then knock and come in to start.
2. It was longer than typical waxes and she used wax that hardens and no paper to pull it off. She didn't do the whole "pull and press" to relief pain she just kinda lightly pulled (not that painful compared to their waxes I've had though). But when she was done she put ingrown hair stuff on and she said "okay there are probably a lot of stray hairs still but it's ok. And the wax pieces left on will come off in the shower"......??? Why are you not tweezing the stray hairs or waxing me until all my hair is gone--that's what I'm paying for...? There were little minuscule pieces of wax left on that didn't bother me but I have dark hair-- I wanted it all gone and she did not get it all?? I'm so confused, uncomfortable and still hairy.
