  • ALWAYS a hassle to get an appointment bc they never answer their phone! The "we stepped away" recording. He is a friendly doctor, but his billing dept. is all a mess! I'll get a bill a year later! This has happened twice now. I will never go back for lack of trust in the billing and frustrations for simply having them answer a phone.
