The staff itself are 5 stars-worthy, they are always super friendly, and try their best (I hope)
I used to go to this location at least 5 days a week, but 50% of the time my drink was incorrect. I knew ahead of time because the total was wrong and about 80 cents more than it should cost. Petty? Not really. If I'm paying $5.87 for a drink, and they charge me close to $7 because they are pressing buttons incorrectly, times approximately 10 times a month, then I should be reasonably annoyed. I usually am in the drive thru, so of course I tell them they had it wrong and reorder. Problem is, I still am charged incorrectly, but get the correct drink. Because I am a people pleaser, I take the drink and move on. Who wants to keep a line of caffeine deprived people in a drive thru waiting? NOT ME!
I am such a Starbucks addict I know my drink is wrong just from the color. No joke.
I fixed the issue by buying my own espresso machine. Saving money daily!
I still stop at this shop every once in awhile, still friendly as ever, still getting charged for hot skinny vanilla lattes instead of the iced skinny vanilla lattes that are less expensive.
