  • Came here for a desperate need of ultimate pampering. I had my baby 8 months ago and my hair, despite of hair loss due to hormone change (post-delivery aftermath), it grew to a point where I cannot tolerate anymore. I also needed my toes painted as well - ultimate pampering. Spoke with Michael the manager of the store and he was super nice and great to chat with. I asked for Yuuki, director of the salon, to cut my hair. Yuuki is super knowledgeable with hair. He is also very personable which puts me at ease as it was my first time trying out this salon. He spent a good amount of time in cutting my hair, focusing on details. And of course, my hair turned out wonderful. I read some reviews online about this place before coming and I was worried about hidden fees and such. No such thing! He was very clear to me that everything is part of the package. And Nora who did my nails was simply great and professional, just like the rest of the staff there. I was in a rush so she did her best to finish my nails. But my nails weren't set fully so I had to return the next day to have them repainted, totally my bad. Michael was able to accommodate me and Nora spent extra time to help me. No extra fees charge here. Would definitely come back for all my hair cuts! So happy to have found this place!
