  • We had a home on the market for 6 months that did not sell. We decided to switch to Mike as he came highly recommended by a close friend. Mike came in to our home, gave us his recommendation on what we could do to improve our chances to sell the place. He was very kind and not pushy at all. Once we did this he brought in a professional photographer. The house sold within a month. For our second home that we needed to sell, he realized it would be a great home for an investor. He was able to sell that home within a couple of months. The process was smooth and Mike was a pleasure to work with. A few months later, I decided to purchase my own home. My wish list for my new home was very big. Mike worked with me to determine what was best in my price range. He gave me updates regularly and was available to look at home when I had time. When we found a home, he very knowledgeable and the process went smoothly. He answered all my questions with ease. If you're looking for a great realtor, Mike is your guy!
