I treated myself to a nice and very expensive dinner, plus I was in the mood for a gran marnier souffle. You also can't beat the spectacular view from the top of the Palms tower.
I decided to go with the Chef's tasting menu ($155) and paired that with a 1/2 bottle of Saint Julien ($80).
Everything was impeccable. From the presentation of the food to the superior service of the staff and even the assistants. Chef prepared an amazing meal and his complimentary side dishes were also impressive.
I will definitely be back for another special occasion. Compliments to everyone around for such an amazing dining experience.
