  • Sting alarm has great customer service until you want to cancel your expired contract. I was in Afghanistan and was told I had to come to there office to cancel my service. I had already canceled my phone line at my house and now had a monthly bill that I could stop. I finally made it back state side and stopped by there office and I had to pay in full to today's date before they would cancel.
