  • Don't use this agency. They give State Farm a bad reputation. They don't disclose information properly. They lie and tell you it's State Farm policy that you can't stop auto pay. I called customer service they said it's NOT a policy and took care of it and also notice that they have a large amount on my insurance that shouldn't be there. Thank goodness I found a much more honest customer friendly agent.
