Would give no stars if it was possible. Arrived to find a long line, which ended up over a one-hour wait to get a car. Desk people wasted valuable time up-selling cars and insurance rather than moving line along. Got pressured into buying higher class of renal car. Insisted on currently booked class. Turned out they didn't have it and gave me higher class anyway. (Eye roll!) Then they messed up paperwork, again wasting time trying to sort it out in the garage. In the end it took over two hours to pick up a car. That's ridiculous!
