  • I changed my one star to a three star ... they will not refund my tickets, but will give me a refund on this show, and changed my large amount to a gift certificate. Now I have options to pick and choose which programs I would like to see at this location. Still wish I got a full refund with the amount I placed on tickets...$350. ... be sure to read what the program is about ... this is original post: Won't refund tickets from BAD advertising!! - Bought tickets to go see a PLAY that they advertised. Thought, wow, this would be great for a girls night out with the sisters and Mom!! Well, I bought the tickets through Ticket Master as it said to do and they will not refund ... no exceptions! Its not a PLAY like advertisement states ... it is a movie and a speaker. Confusing and I want my money back!
