I've been to a couple different pole studios across the GTA, and I find UV classes generally more intimate in size, which means more attention from your instructors! The vibe is very warm here as well (I've been there over a year now), and the community's invested in your pole progress at your pace.
One of my favourite classes is Czarina's Strength & Flexibility--she's super good at helping you develop that body awareness, and it's one of the classes I frequent more consistently.
Each instructor has something different to offer and they all have varying styles and strengths! I recommend trying a variety (go for that unlimited intro-month at $80 if it's accessible to you) to figure out which instructing style best works for your fitness journey, as well as the types of things you'd like to develop like pole basics, coordination, musicality, presence, strength, or flexibility.
