I come in here for phone service and its ok. The reps kept pressuring me into buying an accessory. So finally I did, he boasted that it had a warranty and I would be able to return it if it didn't work. So a few months later my charger stopped charging and I called to see what my options were. The rep on the phone said oh you need to register it with the info in the box. Yeah I was not told that information. So don't let them fool you that it is an easy exchange. All returns and exchanges are done through a 3rd party.
