  • I enrolled my daughter about 4months ago. I can't help but adore they way Coach Chris and Coach Mylene interact with kids. So as soon as Mylene informed me about the little kids class. I enrolled my youngest, 4, into class. My daughter wasn't taken by it at first but literally a month ago decided she wanted to! I'm super active and it was hard sitting on the side line to watch, so i joined as well and I can't help but love the amount of commitment the Cascao family has and I drive well across town almost everyday for Chris Engle's BJJ class.
