By far the most rude customer service I have ever encounter. We went in to buy a $10 can of cat milk. There was none at the spot it usually is. We asked the cashier (since we could not find any other store associate) and she replied that some one will be helping us shortly. We waited close to 15 minutes. We walked back to the cashier to asked her if she had asked for some one. By now a gentleman came from the back with another associate. We told the male associate that we where waiting to see if there's any more milk cans on the back. His response was immediately: "We don't have any". I told him: "The cashier told us, that some one was looking in the back" he replied: "Well I'm sorry I cannot produce what I don't have". This is when we notice that the other employee is actually the manager. I told her that the Dan is not the problem, not the actual "produce" the item. Told her that the problem is one of communication between associates. This place is horrible I won't return
