  • Super not stoked at being charged extra to pay my HOA dues online. In today's day and age, it's unacceptable to be charged for paperless transactions. I also have a problem with the inconsistency with the board of director's meetings. While trying to have my home business plan reviewed for permission from the BoD, 3 meetings in a row were cancelled. If you do not have the best interest of the community in mind, or can't commit to your responsibilities to the community, than you should not be a representing member. The HOA manager was helpful throughout the process, and eventually I received an ominous letter that my proposal had been denied. I won't argue that but the way it was handled costed me a lot of time and money. You get 2 stars because Mrs. Rammos was helpful.
