  • Had an appointment, waited an hour and 20 mins past the appointment time. Walk in patients taken back before scheduled appointments! Why bother taking appointments? Had to call back to get the fax number because it is not listed on the web, placed on hold three times, still on hold after 15 mins, I gave up! This place needs serious help! Voiding going here if you can!!!
