  • The best and most caring veterinary that I've ever been to! Dr. Sondel is truly the most wonderful vet I've ever met-- how many vets actually sit on the floor and greet your dog face to face with hugs and kisses? Seriously-- I've never seen anything like it. He just has a special gift. Not to mention that unlike other vets that make me feel like they've overbooked and are rushing to sadly under-deliver, I felt his undivided attention and caring diligence in answering my many questions. The office is extremely clean (and for my OCDish standards, that's a HUGE statement), the reception area is inviting and spacious (with a welcoming coffee/tea area while you wait), and Jen- the manager- was helpful, pleasant and mindful of each person there, greeting every individual and pet by name-- she walked me through multiple payment options and assured that we would be well taken care of-- and she was 100% correct!!! Kaylee, Becky and Kayla were equally as wonderful working by Dr. Sondel's side. This is a local gem!
