  • The Northface store management here deserves major kudos. I had a unique exchange request that would have surely been turned away at most other stores. After my explanation, I was told it was a reasonable request and a new pair would be exchanged through the online TNF store as the outlet did not carry the boots. I was told the new pair would be sent to my house in 3 business days with free shipping. Three days later, the right sized boots were at my doorstep. Cant say enough good things about the staff here. The manager was polite, deliberate and patient; ultimately, these experiences are what make people lifetime customers of Northface gear. Keep up the good work!
