| - So, I am counting the days until my lease ends. As the property fills with new residents, more issues arise. In my original post, I mentioned how the community needs to establish an age limit for access to the amenities without parents. Now, there is a group of kids running around with a key fob. They are definitely under the age of 12 and letting themselves in the lounge and the weight and workout rooms. Not only do they have the key fob, they are running around though out the property as if they are at Chuckie Cheese. Knocking on doors and running.
One night, I was working out and one of the foursome was standing in front of the window outside facing me on the treadmill. She is clapping her hands yelling at me, "black lady, black lady". Trying to get my attention. When I notice her, she is pointing to the door for me to open it for access for her. I shake my head, no. Then she finds the other 3 (one of the boys has the fob) and they come in and are playing with the equipment. I try to get pic to take to management and the same girl yells, are you videoing us. I said, go play. She says, did you take our picture. I said, go play. She said, don't act like you didn't take a DAMN picture. One of the kids says, well we aren't suppose to be here. Come on let's go. And off they scurry.
Tonight, they knocked on my door and ran. My daughter was coming to visit as they were running away. I saw them when I came out (same 4...2 girls and 2 boys). They tried to walk away as if they didn't do anything. I said as I approached, "Don't knock on my door". The boys said we didn't. The older girl says, "What did she say". The told her as they walked by. She goes running down our hall yelling, "fuck you!".
These kids are running rampant in the community. No supervision whatsoever. I can't get out of here fast enough.
I have 4 months to go and I can't wait. This is Ghetto behavior and its only the beginning cause the ringleader of this group just got here. I will be calling the police on them to help them understand, how they need to not harass people in the community. If they are grown enough to run around without supervision, then they can talk to the police.
