  • I read reviews and saw some people complain the staff were rude and the wait time was long. I've never waited more than 15 min which happened twice out of the 5 times I went. I have to say all other times I visited I got in within 5 min. And the front office staff always greet me and are very nice. The assistants and the doctors are patient if you have questions they explain everything to you in detail so you understand and feel comfortable. I went to a few consults with Dr. Song and Dr. luang there and they had no problem having me come back multiple times explaining different approaches I could take with my teeth since I was unsure what I wanted to do. I was looking into braces/ vaneers as my options. In the end went with vaneers and am totally happy with my results. My whole family goes there now and love this place! They are kind, tentative and knowledgeable and made my teeth look amazing after having crooked teeth!
