| - Beware of that shop! When we went to Tropicana movie theater I noticed my tires need some more air and also I feel like may be I smell bit of gasoline in car so I stop at that car shop because it next door and asked to check if may be filter or something bad so I feel that smell from outside and I hope they check my tires and add some air. Manager Rudy promised to look at cat ASAP but instead he went to wash some personal stuff on the street by shop, wash down the drain some car oil from removed radiator, drink tea and talk with other workers for half hour while we waiting. May be because our car not fancy enough?! Then finally he look at car but seems can't find nothing wrong, he talk to other guys and lady and did something under car hood and close it. They not check tires. Then he ask me come to office and while I waiting someone call (customer) and he talk to her very rudely and unpolite while she remind him that her car in shop long time with none work done. He manage to make her leave car in his shop by telling her take car out will cost her for towing... I can hear all, it's loud. After that he told me he know the problem with my car, it's one part and it cost $300 plus it takes 3 hours to change it and they charge 95 dollars per hour so all with taxes will cost $600, or, if I pay today, 550 cash. I know that part and it doesn't cost that much. After that he try to scare me into that deal by saying my car soon get broken if I didn't pay right away and don't change that part. ( car works perfectly and checked by mechanic 2 months ago and I didn't use car much). I say I need ask my husband and go away. I don't have husband, though, I just feel scammed. And guess what?! Someone there may did something to my car, because we get back home but I notice strange noise.. and now car not even starts, panel blinking like crazy and all that signal lights is on! And it was nothing wrong with the car before we went to that shop!
