| - This is a school and it's students working on you. I had a facial and microdermabrasion, this week's special for $40. Which is very good. Although I made an appointment as requested and arrived 15 min early, the student and instructor were not so courteous. It started 10 min late --so I waited 25 min (they were not busy--up here there seemed to be no care about waiting--just pleasing the instructor). The instructor already showed her colors at the desk when I was telling the receptionist I was there--she pushed in beside me to talk to he desk receptionist--quite demeaning I thought, and demanding--rude in front of "customers" (if that term is recognized by the instructor). And her rude brusque manner continued upstairs. Jennifer Fairmont. If she is teaching the students her behavior, any salon where they are hired will not keep them, customers surely will complain and never return. Of course, here you are not really treated like a customer--I certainly was not for the experience upstairs with the
Aesthetics part--once I passed the front desk. The student doing the work--it took maybe 40 min and she said maybe 10 words--not friendly one iota. Of course if that were my instructor, she's setting the stage for the students. Don't they teach customer service skills to these students? But the student should have some common sense too. I also wasn't offered the coupon book I read about here, and especially--not offered any inputs ...or anything about the products, service, what to expect. Big letdown. Not worth the price savings for this kind of experience, and not returning here--no wonder Jennifer Fairmont has to work here--she sure would not get by with this rude behavior and talk at anyplace where they care about customers. Or maybe I could say she was super-stressed and having a really bad day and taking it out on everybody--or she had a death in the family or a relationship broke up? No excuse for her negative attitude and tone.
