rev:text	Very unprofessional, I had a scheduled appointment with an employee named Jack. He was suppose to be at my house between 1-3 He never showed up. I called the office and they said they had me down for an appointment. They said they would get a hold of Jack to find out why he didn't show up. They said they would call me right back and I never got a call back from them. Jack called me later that day and said he didn't know why he didn't get the appointment from the office so he could store it on his phone. He siad if I gave him a second chance he would show up the following Saturday and give me a really good deal. He showed up on Saturday and his quotes were the highest I have gotten so far. He didn't give me a great deal at all. He also said my patio chairs wouldn't be worth covering because it would take too much fabric and it would be cheaper to just buy new chairs. He said that each chair would take a front and back and a bottom and top of material. He was not very knowledgabble about what it would take to cover these chairs, they do not need fabric for front and back and bottom and top. The front and back are one piece of fabric and the bottom and top are one piece of fabric, there is no padding inbetween. It is one piece of fabric. I couldn't believe he told me to just buy new chairs, not a very good sales person for his company. I found a company that covered them for a great price. He then told me he would have to talk to his upholstery guy and get back to me about how much it would cost to cover the seats of the kitchen chairs. The whole purpose of him coming to my house was to give me a quote. He then said he would call me in a few hours after he talked to his upholster guy. He never called me! If he couldn't give me a quote then why did he waste my time coming to my house? Wasn't that the whole reason he came to my house was to give me a quote? Then he lied and said he would call me back in a few hours with a quote and he never did call. He spend more time argueing with me about not painting my dining room set. He said I wouild destroy it. He said it needed to be stripped down and stained. I never asked him about his opinion about how to redo my dining room set. It is my furniture and I will do it the way I want to do it, it was done of his business. That is not what he was at my house for. The price he told me at first for just my six seats to my dining room chairs was more than what others have quoted me for everything. Which included the six seats of the dining room chairs, two bar stools and four patio chairs. When I told him this that is when he said he would get with his upholstery guy and see how much he could do it for. He never got bnack to me. This company did nothing but waste my time. They lied to me saying they would give me a special deal since they didn't show up for a scheduled appointment then they lied to me again saying they would call me back with a quote after talking to the upholstery guy. Why wasn't the upholstery guy sent out in the first place. Why send someone out who doesn't know how to give a proper quote? For the service I got from them I would give them zero star's but that isn't a choice. They look like they do really nice work but it also looks like they will scam you and lie to you. There are hundreds of upholsterer in town and if they want to treat customers without respect and not lie to them and not show up when they have scheduled appointments then it is their loss. I will take my business else where.
