  • My daughter locked my keys in my BMW. We called Pop a Lock and the person over the phone quoted me $34.95 and they could be there in 30 mins. Great! The tech came out opened the door and here comes the bill. $134.95!!! Apparently the person over the phone wasn't clear in saying the price when received my quote. Ok a huge misunderstanding. I AM GIVING A ONE STAR REVIEW SOLELY ON THE RUDE INDIVIDUAL WHO HANDLED MY COMPLAINT. After I called back to make a complaint the woman over the phone with her sassy sharkeisha attitude ruined the Pop a Lock experience. A person with such a demeanor doesn't belong in customer service. Angry toned, aggressive, and ghetto, she really turned my off from Pop a Lock. I'd rather take my business else where in the future...
