  • They "couldn't" cut my dog's nails, "because she pooped and peed twice". They also left my dog's butt covered in poop. They were VERY nice when we walked in, which is the only reason I'm leaving a two star review, instead of the one they deserve. If you're nervous working with dogs, you shouldn't be working with pets. We have never had a problem with PetSmart cutting their nails before, which is why I'm quite shocked they couldn't handle my 20 pound dog.
